Warren Hadlow - Senior Partner of the St. James's Place Partnership
The areas I concentrate on are Investments, Inheritance Tax Planning and helping our clients protect their wealth.
My approach is to understand exactly your objectives and priorities and then give appropriate advice to ensure they are achieved. I particularly concentrate on Wills* and property ownership as a starting point to the advice I provide on Inheritance tax planning.
Medwyn Edwards - Senior Partner of the St. James's Place Partnership
I have worked in Financial services for over 20 years and over that period of time have built up substantial knowledge and experience in dealing with different client needs. I appreciate that clients expect us to provide quality ongoing advice and service and I believe this is reflected in the fact that a number of clients have been with me for most of that time.
In addition to advising on personal clients on their Investment, Retirement Planning and Protection requirements I also concentrate on advising Company Directors and Business owners on their business advice needs. These can include setting up and advising on pension schemes such as SIPPs, SSASs and analysing old pension schemes. It also includes tax planning schemes such as Venture Capital Trusts and Enterprise Investment Schemes together with Corporate life insurance.
I can also advise Trustees on their Investment requirements.
Having specialist knowledge in these areas means that clients with more complicated needs can be fully catered for.
Richard Ledsham - Adviser
I have worked in Financial Services as an Adviser since 2006 and joined Hadlow Edwards at the end of 2010. Prior to that, I worked as IT Manager for IPSEN Biopharm in Wrexham and previously at ConvaTec in Deeside.
I have acquired a wealth of knowledge in all areas of Financial Planning and hold the Diploma in Financial Planning and Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Equity Release. To keep abreast of industry developments, I am currently working towards Chartered status. I also hold a degree in Mathematics, which I gained at the University of East Anglia.
I live in Cilcain, Mold with my wife Julie and enjoy walking in the local hills, a great opportunity to give our springer spaniel some exercise. I am also an avid golfer and you will find me playing most weekends at Mold Golf Club. I currently play off a handicap of 5 but I am always trying to reduce it further.
James Parry - Adviser
I have worked in financial services for almost 10 years, starting out as a mortgage adviser and progressing to full financial planning. I have also obtained my Diploma in Financial Planning. During this time I have gained vast experience, ranging from advice on investments, protection and retirement planning, to making sure your savings are always arranged in the most tax efficient way.
I understand that everyone’s needs are different and I pride myself on being able to find the right solution to each individual’s requirements. This has helped me to build long lasting relationships with my clients, the majority of which have been recommended to me by existing clients.
On a personal note I like to spend my weekends with my wife Emma and young daughter Seren. If time permits, I am also a keen golfer and avid football fan.
