Our clients are at the heart of everything we do – so that’s where we start. We learn about you and what you want to do with your money so that, together, we can put the stepping stones in place to help you get there.

What to expect:

Our financial advisers work closely with you to create a financial strategy that will continuously evolve and grow as your circumstances and needs change over time. They will also provide you with a service that reflects your needs in that moment of time.

As a client, you can expect:

  1. Introduction and discovery meetings with one of our Financial Advisers. These meetings are held without obligation where we will get to know you and your personal circumstances.
  2. Evaluation and analysis completed by our team to identify where we can assist you in reaching your financial goals, or whether there is any more value that can be added to any existing arrangements.
  3. Planning meetings that are held jointly to discuss and consider your options. We’ll work together to agree on a strategy that’s suited to your individual risk profile and objectives; explaining your options clearly and simply, so you can feel confident in your decision.
  4. Recommendations from our Financial Advisers that are always confirmed in writing and supported by personal illustrations and appropriate disclosure documents, so that you can take the time to read and reflect on your bespoke plan.
  5. Implementation of a review and service framework with our team to ensure that your financial plan stays up to date and remains appropriate for your circumstances and objectives as they change over time.

Accessing your plans online

After becoming a client, you can register for our Online Services and download the SJP App to view your current values, find helpful graphs showing past and current performance, and see all correspondence relating to your SJP accounts. You’ll be able to access this service at any time and across your mobile, laptop, and tablet. Here’s how…
